What the assessment looks at

Six multiple-choice questions cover the foundations that decide whether AI and process automation will pay off in your company:

• how centralised your business data is — from scattered tools to a documented CRM, ERP or data-warehouse setup;
• how well your core processes are documented;
• what is already automated today;
• who is responsible for automation internally;
• your main driver: efficiency, scaling, relieving staff, or compliance and security;
• when you want to start.

What you receive

Your answers produce a score out of 100 and place your company in one of four stages: Discovery (orientation), Pilot (first steps), Scale (expansion) or Transform (production-ready). You also get a recommended focus based on your main driver and three concrete next steps for your stage — at the Discovery stage, for example, a data inventory, documenting the process with the largest share of routine work, and an initial call to assess a realistic pilot scope.

The result is based on your own answers and is an initial indication, not an audit. The evaluation runs in your browser; only if you choose to receive the result by email are your email address, score, stage, main driver and planned start submitted through a form service (see the Privacy Policy).
